A holistic strategist and technologist, Lisa possesses over 30 years of technology, strategy, service delivery, operations management, business development, and leadership experience.
Before joining Spire in 2021, she spent five years at the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (State of Hawai‘i ) as the Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. Lisa also worked at Kaiser Permanente for over 20 years. Her successful tenure there spanned numerous roles, notably as Senior Director of Strategic Planning, Business Development, Service Delivery Planning, and Technology Strategic Planning.
At Spire, Lisa provides her expertise in technology modernization-type projects, and works to align client organizations to gain effective and efficient service delivery; alongside consulting on strategic planning and integration to achieve performance goals. She began her career with a software engineering firm (Decision Research Corporation) as its Supervisor of Operations.
